- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wasn't very informative when discussing policy information over the phone or even in person. When my family moved out of the area, refused to cancel policy. Contacted Nationwide Service Center to have them step in, and I still received a bill in the mail saying that my policy was canceled due to 'non-payment' and not cancellation. Unacceptable. I've always paid on time. Now I'm going through the process of trying to get the whole thing straightened out so it doesn't reflect bad on my credit or anything like that. If you are looking for a nationwide agent, I'd STRONGLY recommend someone else based upon my experience.January 23, 2017by Patrick Willis
