  I'm never going here for anything ever again unless I'm dying! I went for a physical that I needed and was told over the phone and when I was there that it would be $30 and that they didn't even need your insurance for it. I figured this was reasonable because I know some other places like this charge $50 out of pocket for that same thing. Paid the $30, got my physical... Let me just talk about how the physical went. The woman did not check my height or weight... Something so simple that takes less than a minute. Instead, she asked me my height and weight and wrote it on the paper. When she got to another section of the paper she asked me if I was having any problems with that part of my body, I said I wasn't, and she said she didnt need to check it then and would just write down that she did and that it was fine. I also asked about having a prescription filled there, which they said would just be $30, so I decided to do that too. They told me they had that prescription there for me as well. So when I went to leave I paid the other $30 for the prescription. Then they handed me a slip and told me I'd have to take it to a pharmacy to have it filled... So much for having it there right? It took the woman less than 10 minutes to do my physical, and then I waited 50 minutes in the exam room until I could leave even though I was done. Periodically people would pop their heads in the door and say they would soon be ready for me to leave and that they were just making copies of my paperwork. 50 minutes to make copies... Really? Now, a week later, I got a bill in the mail for over $100! For what?!? They also have on the bill a pending charge to my insurance, and together between the insurance charge and what I supposedly owe it's almost $300! This whole thing was supposed to be $60, and I was NEVER once told it would cost anymore than that. NEVER AGAIN! Best believe I'm calling to complain! I am editing this review now nearly 5 months later by adding this... I received a check in the mail from MedExpress about a week ago for $10 back because it was overpayment they owed me. Upon investigating more with my insurance, I should've gotten back much more than this. No. I had to personally call MedExpress about the problem this past week in order to get back my $135 that they finally realized they overcharged me. If it had not been for me calling I'm sure I would've never gotten my money back!
